I've started this journey after the birth of my son in June '08. I was pretty fit prior to becoming pregneant and even though I worked out until 1 week before birth, I still managed gain weight that is difficult to lose.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling working out gives me-both physically and emotionally.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation comes from remembering how fantastic I felt when I was fit and from my pre-pregnancy wardrobe that is collecting dust in the closet!
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 25 Pounds and 6% bodyfat...so far!

I hear you about slow. I guess I expected to start doing Power 90 and for the pounds to just fall off. It has actually been slow for me too. Hopefully I have lost inches because I am working hard. the way things are going I would be happy with 132 at the end of the month too! Hope you have a great rest of the week.
Thanks for the friend request. You are my first friend here. Looks like you have made some great progress! I hope I do as well as you have been. I am starting with Power 90 then will proceed to P90X. keep up the great work!
thats cool that you have the bikini...now it's right there in front of you to help focus. P90x first week was good. Using my body in lots of ways I never would have thought of. I do miss the feeling of just pumping tons of iron, but its only 90 days to mix it up then I will switch again...so so far so good :O)
