How I Started:
You only live one life so i want to be in the best shape i can till i die, i just decided to start with a buddy of mine from work never stop since then. Completely addicted some just don't understand haha.
Why I Love It:
I love everything about it pushing myself to the extreme and seeing the results so worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love playing sports and do outdoor activities, just can't see myself doing anything else.
BB Accomplishments:
i went from 132lbs to 156lbs, i still have more to go i wanna hit 170 by end of the year. So i gotta push it, it's all worth it especially when i look at old pictures. You truely see your body developing before your eyes.

How long? I don't know, it varies, everyone is different. You know...
I wouldn't work abs every day. I work them 3 times a week, or 4 times. But I personally think that 1 day off on 3 days of ab workout is enough. Like 3:1 .
Not familiar with Serious Mass. Its up to you how much you want to gain before you cut. I am a big believer in getting a good foundation. Mostly muscle with some fat. I went from 148 to 210. I was about 12% bf.
Well I don't think you have a high BF level. And if the ab exercises won't work you can try to work your lower back, that might also boost your progress with stomach.
