You only live one life so i want to be in the best shape i can till i die, i just decided to start with a buddy of mine from work never stop since then. Completely addicted some just don't understand haha.
Why I Love It:
I love everything about it pushing myself to the extreme and seeing the results so worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love playing sports and do outdoor activities, just can't see myself doing anything else.
BB Accomplishments:
i went from 132lbs to 156lbs, i still have more to go i wanna hit 170 by end of the year. So i gotta push it, it's all worth it especially when i look at old pictures. You truely see your body developing before your eyes.
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I take a scoop of super pump 250 gives me the energy i need and sometimes i load up on 2 scoops of waximaize to load my glycogen levels so i can push it harder.

Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
Thanks so much for the friendship invite Jeremy, I appreciate it! Best wishes to you on your training. Please drop by anytime, I look forward getting to know my new friends ~Jen
How long? I don't know, it varies, everyone is different. You know...
I wouldn't work abs every day. I work them 3 times a week, or 4 times. But I personally think that 1 day off on 3 days of ab workout is enough. Like 3:1 .
Not familiar with Serious Mass. Its up to you how much you want to gain before you cut. I am a big believer in getting a good foundation. Mostly muscle with some fat. I went from 148 to 210. I was about 12% bf.
Well I don't think you have a high BF level. And if the ab exercises won't work you can try to work your lower back, that might also boost your progress with stomach.
