I've played sports since I was 5 - sometimes up to 4 sports leagues a year on top of general working out. Got a degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Sport Performance. Broke my training routine with back-to-back injuries (concussion, shoulder separation, hamstring tear, etc.) so I haven't been able to push myself as hard as I'd like to since I wanted to recover fully since I've crashed and burned after coming back too quickly in the past. Now that I lost what I once had - I want to get it back, and then some.
Why I Love It:
Working out creates balance in my life - balance in my emotions, my energy level, improves my sleep patterns, etc. And when I'm doing anything active - it feels SO good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Plaster motivational phrases around me (No Train No Gain, Champions Train Like One, etc......), take pictures, surrounding myself by others that are in killer shape, self-talk, and PEOPLE LEAVING PROFILE COMMENTS/RATING MY PROGRESS PICS!!
BB Accomplishments:
nothing so far - but when I really start to dig what I create, I'd like to set bigger BB goals to accomplish! somewhere down the road I may try out training for figure more than sport improvement
Ridiculous achievements that have also been maintained; I don't have the aspiration to go quite to that extent, but if I ever had a body like hers I would definitely wear minimal clothing
Weighted Planks - I tend to do core stabilitizing exercises rather than exercises geared for aesthetic appeal

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
When I used to log into BB.com and take progress pics regularly I saw results much quicker. Then I moved - and started eating, er, less strict... I train nearly as frequently but with my new schedule sometimes I'm low on energy or less focused when I go train. Enough time has passed now for...
Thank you for the friendship invite, I appreciate that. I wanted you to know that if you left a comment with it, I wasn't able to see it, as it had already scrolled off the page - I am sorry about that. Best wishes for continued success with your training. Please drop by anytime, I enjoy getting to know my new friends :) Hope you have a great week. ~ Jen
