How I Stay Motivated:
I watch Pumping Iron, all the Conan movies, various Xena: Warrior Princess and Hercules episodes, and many other corny and blatant hot body exploitation flicks :D
BB Accomplishments:
Well, it might not be 'major' major - but being able to actually LIFT real weights is a major accomplishment for me, especially figuring out how to use an oly bar and plates ;)

Relaxed Side - 165lbs Face - 189 lbs
This a photo I took earlier today after running up and down a flight of stairs at home (lunges, step ups, etc) as well as some push-ups and sit-ups. Luckily the flash took care of most of the red face :P I'm at around 189 lbs here.

My fitness goal is to lose another 45 pounds of fat and keep building muscle!
Goal (Long):
Ever since I was little I would look up to women on TV shows like Xena: Warrior Princess and Hercules with great adoration for their perfect bodies and crazy antics on horseback (among other things). I could never really identify with the "thin is in" trend and it wasn't until several months ago that I came to terms with my personal view of beauty. My goal is to have a healthy, strong and defined physique that will serve me throughout all of life's challenges and adventures. In terms of time frame I would really like to reach my weight goal of 140-150lbs by September 1st, 2009 when I start my ESL job in South Korea.
