Mid - Summer Bulk
Posted in General : Apr 21, 2011 12:31pmAnticipating an early summer cut, probably only 2-3 weeks max, I want to rebound with a proven successful bulking program. Ideally it would be a longer term program to hopefully minimize the chances of putting on extra body fat during the bulking period. I've seen the 12 week program on bb.com, has anybody tried this program? If so do you mind sharing your results? Thanks to anybody who comes forward with help or ideas, I will be starting my extreme bulking phase around mid july, so I will hopefully have time to find the best program.
