anujhgandhi Yesterday I had a job interview the whole day. Even though I was tired I did back/bicep at the apartment gym. It feels amazing!!

Captain Ahab To cut down on bodyfat and still gain lean muscle I suggest eating 5 to 6 small, high protein, low glycemic carb and good fat meals per day,that includes protein shakes, lifting weights 3 to 4 times a week and doing cardio at least 3 times a week.
