What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
take it easy for the first few weeks to get your body used to the stress of lifting, otherwise you wont have fun when you pull something or get tendonitis like my friend did. and stay away from heavier supplements such as creatines for the first month or so until your circulation improves enough to effectively absorb it otherwise you're wasting your time and money. by the way, anyone who says creatine or similar products is somehow "cheating" and "unnatural" is an ignorant and uneducated moron because there is creatine in steak so if you eat steak are you cheating? its not like its steroids for christ's saketake it easy for the first few weeks to get your body used to the stress of lifting, otherwise you wont have fun when you pull something or get tendonitis like my friend did. and stay away from heavi...more
