I decided to start in this competition for many reasons besides the chance to win the 100k challenge of course. I was already getting tired of not liking what I would see in the mirror every morning getting up to go to work. I was always thin and fit in High School. When it came to food i was strict in what I CAN NOT EAT! people think i was starving myself but truth is was actually eating more, but of the right stuff. There are tons of healthy foods to choose from. I would avoid anything that had sugar. I limited myself to only fruits that ended with berries. No bread for me even if it was wheat. Also no flour, milk, rice, potato or anything that contain corn syrup. Obviously no fast food or junk food. Breakfast: Plain Oatmeal with berries and 4... Go to BodyBlog

I always was night person, so most of the time which was probably 98% of the time I would do my workouts late at night. It also worked with my work schedule since I went in to work at 11am in the morning instead of 7am or 9am. I was used to sleeping in, so it was very difficult getting up to go to the gym. I recommend not to worry about when others workout, but what time works best for you. You are doing this is for yourself! I wouldn't plan a rest day because there are days that is unplanned... When it came to Whey Protein I tried about six. From those six the best one for the flavor and buck was the Dymnatize ISO-100. Great chocolaty taste! I would also add a small scoup of micronized Creatine to my protein shake before and after a workout. Also accompanied by BCAA and Glutamine. Will take Yohimbe before workout as well. In the Mornings I will also take BCAA and Glutamine with breakfast. In the afternoon after lunch I will have a testosterone booster and a Yohimbe.
