How I Started:
I got started working out back in high school, every year after my soccer season would finish I'd go to the gym and workout to stay in good shape.
Why I Love It:
I like working out because it's a great way to relief stress, stay healthy,and look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
The results and improvements I make in the gym month in and month out is a huge motivation.

My goal is to gain muscle mass, and improve my overall body physique.
Goal (Long):
All my life I had an alright body, slim, with very little muscle mass. Now it's time to change all that, I want to have wide shoulders, big back, six-pack, well defined chest, big arms and big powerful legs. And hopefully one day appear on the pages of "Men's Health" magazine.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
A minor lower back injury. I don't know if I can even call that an ijury because it lasted a few days. I recovered by taking a few days off.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?

Ej,hvala!;) Treninzi su super,ovih dana lagano pocinjem sa radom na definiciji,ubacujem kardio.. Moj izbor je uvek bio jogging na otvorenom,ujutru,na prazan stomak,ali bas imam problema sa kolenima zbog tezine,pa cu morati da predjem na elliptic ili slicno..
