How I Started:
I got started in BB by watching one of my older brothers lifting. I was impressed with his results, and decided I wanted that too. I made a lot of mistakes!!!
Why I Love It:
I like the results of clean eating and putting time in at the gym. I feel better, and look much younger than I am. Also, going to the gym can be fun.
How I Stay Motivated:
This site and another bb website.
BB Accomplishments:
In 2006, I was 215 and looked bad. I saw a picture of myself, and knew I had to change the way I looked. I did not know the proper way of doing it, until I found this site.

Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Seeing others in the gym, helps motivate me. Also, there are more weights and machines in the gym.
The downside is sometimes it is too crowded.
