My husband and I moved to a rural area where bicycling was dangerous. We bought some exercise equipment and a stationary set up for my bike and I was all set up.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy watching my body tone up. Part of my work out is running, I let my mind go and just listen to what's around my and feel my feet hit the ground.
How I Stay Motivated:
I enjoy the way my husband looks at me as my body improves. Even though he says he likes me with more curves, the way he acts with me as my body gets better lets me know different.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm still working on this!

I found this pic looking through our sons going away party pics. I was not getting on the scale at this point, must have been about 195+
Until the last 12 years I have never had much trouble with my weight. I lost the baby weight with both of our kids quickly and with little effort. Then I started antidepressants and that totally changed everything. Weight piled on! I started running, which helped kick my metabolism back into gear, I joined a gym and that helped a lot. I was doing really well then we moved to a little town in the middle of nowhere. I love where we live, I can still run, lots of wonderful trails and a high school track just 8 miles away. The problem is I don’t have time to go to a gym anymore, so again we are working on getting a home gym going. I want a six pack and some killer buns! I try to fit some pilates and light weight training in a couple of times a week along with running. If I can stay with my program by the time we go to Vegas in December I will feel really good. I want this to be a way of life and something I can maintain. I like the way the women who compete in the figure competitions look, I think my personal goal will be to come as close to competition ready as I can by August of 2008.
This has been a very fast, a furious summer! This morning I got up at 6:20 to go for a run, it was raining (no big deal) BUT it was to dark for my normal run, it looks like I will run after work today.
Good Morning, We are having a FREE weight loss seminar on February 5th in Marysville. It will be at the High school. It is at 6:00 pm. If you know any one who might be interested. I have posted a flier on my page. Hope you have a great New Years!!

P.S. Sometimes I don’t sign in for a couple of days, so if my replies are a bit slow, just know that I will always respond. *hugs* You’ve made my day. :) T:) Miss T
Happy Monday Jackie! I have not responded to comments since last week, and want to apologize for this slow reply. Thank you sooo very much for your kindness and positive comments. Both left me with a warm and cozy feeling. *sigh* It feels strange knowing I’m actually making progress, because I’ve tried many times in the past without success. With a positive attitude, you will definitely achieve your goals. I pray that you and your daughter are having a BEAUTIFUL Monday. :) Miss T
Great smile AntiqueMom.. Antique? I think not :) We only get better with age and healthy living is just the start of it. The benefits are priceless as you'll soon start to realize. Good luck!!!
