How I Started:
Alright heres my story: I grew up pretty athletic got into lifting for sports for a while in high school, but after i graduated i became very ill for the next 2 1/2 years with severe excezma which i have fought my entire life. long story short for the past two years instead of doing anything healthy I was so weak from fighting my disease all i really did was drink and smoke alot to get my mind of the daily hell i was going through. Always hoped tommorrow would be better but it never was. So I moved out to Arizona last summer where my skin disease would do better (which obviouslly it has). As a result of my body not using as many calories to attack then repair itself i have kinda developed a beer gut so i figured I need to start working out again and really dont have any excuse since my gym is right next to my apartment complex (about 3 min walk from my apt) and the gym dues are only $75/year plus its a boxing gym (used to box) so i've been hittin it up 5x/week and been lovin it so hopefully i can get some progress pics up soon...
