i was flabby and approaching the dreaded 30. was hooked ever since even with a totally unsupporting wife (now im separated).
Why I Love It:
keeps my hardgainer and ectomorphic body in the best shape...
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing that my body gets better with age instead of getting worse as my untrained peers
Thanks for checkin out the photos. I work a lot on legs as well -- squat, squat, squat. Leg extensions, dumbbel lunges, calf raises. But I also spin 3x a week so I have good development from that.
You look fantastic! Always great to see another 40 something showing proof positive that age is just a number! :)
