Been working out but my routine is far from what it used to be. Where I would NEVER miss a night before, now I'm prone to skipping.

The Split
Posted in Training : Feb 13, 2012 8:59amAfter several weeks of training 6 days a week I'm considering moving to a 4 or 5 day split.
My current split is:
Monday: Biceps+Triceps
I love training antagonistic muscle groups. I feel like I've been getting nice results like this.
Tuesday: Hockey
Wednesday: Legs
This works best because I have Hockey on Tuesdays and Saturdays. I need to keep Leg workouts as far away from the nights that I skate as possible.
Thursday: Shoulders</

Posted in Training : Feb 12, 2012 8:44pmStepped on the scale this morning and say "290.1" What the hell? This is the second week in a row that I've "gained" weight! Last week, I was 291. The week before that, 284...I want to think that my scale is broken. How is it possible that despite my consistent training days plus Hockey paired with my "ok" diet that I've GAINED weight?
My clothes are falling off of me. I'm skating better at Hockey. People are complimenting me and saying that I'm looking great. I'm definitely getting stronger yet why the lack of loss on the scale?
