well for those that care here it is. Im using a HYBRID version of layne nortons P.H.A.T ,\P\RR\S\ ,POF TRAINING [every muscle gets hit 2xs a week every week except shock week only 1 once]
I hope you remember me. I have a question do you need to eat more to build? Because that is what everyone says, but i heard its all about muscular overload instead of excessive eating. But right now I am on a cut so i dont think i can get much out of my lifts until i reach a manageable weight.
