Thanks for the blog comment. I am working at keeping up the hard work. Always new goals and pushing harder. I like your persistence saying. I just need to keep it in mind when its harder to hit the gym.

You look great dude! ..and it looks like you have your diet in check. Vascularity is a mix of BF% and genetics..You'll have the most while working out and after. This is when the PUMP sets in..We all strive for the vascularity that stays with us naturally throughout the day and for some it does!..but for a lot it only hits during workout and post..it's the blood rushing through the pipes. Today, I ate Cheerioes for breakfast, Fiesta Chicken and Rice (Steamables Frozen Dinner), after work out I ate 20g of whey protein, 2 rice cakes and had two ham sandwiches and gold fish crackers for dinner. I'm getting married this weekend and will be honeymooning in Jamacia so I won't be able to really hit it until I get back. I'm whilling to do whatever it takes, just let me know what I need to do.
