How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
well it all depends but its generally
from as low as 4to as high as20 reps per set

that way we hit every facuet of the hypertrophy response
when it comes to rep range

I hope you remember me. I have a question do you need to eat more to build? Because that is what everyone says, but i heard its all about muscular overload instead of excessive eating. But right now I am on a cut so i dont think i can get much out of my lifts until i reach a manageable weight.
