Tried repping ya brother, but it won't let me. I have to give out more reps elsewhere first. But thanks for the kind words. And I'm glad your enjoying the biking as much as me.

Man, that is really good to hear! The biking has been the easy part. Once it gets in your blood it is a blast. The other goals are the ones I struggle with. Continued success with your goals!

Yeh. It's absolutely a go. I just don't want to keep pushing it on people who may not be ready for a challenge right now. I will check the forum again when it is back up and running. But, I am psyched for the extra motivation!

Very impressive transformation since December! I think I have the same belt- three extra holes punched in it.

Yeh, try picking up a 20 lb weight and carry it around for 5 minutes. That will give you an idea how much you lost and how much easier biking will be without that extra 20 lbs.

The only real poroblem I had with biking to work was at certain times in the spring when the morning was nice but on the commute home would get hit with lightening storms. Always have a back up plan. But you have the right attitude to get it done. (Good blog by the way on the transformation contest.)

Brother, if you can get the motivation to commute by bike you will see benefits immediately. I used to do it (about 13 years ago)when I was in better shape and I would feel really good at work all day long just getting the blood flowing on the morning ride. I just moved to a new apartment a few months ago, but I'm sure I can figure out a commuting route to work (about 8 miles). If you give it a try, I will give it a try.

Hey! Results have been slow but I am absolutely stickin with it. Man, I'm so impressed with your results. Way to go! (I actually took the bike out this past weekend cause it got unseasonably warm. Normally I give the bikes a good cleaning and lube the very first sign of spring cause I start getting anxious.) Again, I'm so proud of you! Keep it up!
