Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Time to get back on track. So for the month of October 2008 I am setting a goal of getting down to 235 lbs, and doing 3000 situps. Just keep trying to get a little closer to my long term goal.
Goal (Long): My long term goal is to completely transform my body to be comparable and even more fit than the condition I was in 13 years ago when I rode bike everyday and was a reasonably fit 198lbs. **************************************** ******** At one point 11 years ago I had ballooned up to over 300 lbs. As of today, Sept 2nd, 2008, I am down to 239 lbs. My long term goal is to once again break the 200lb barrier while adding muscle mass.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
At least a half hour a day on ex bike, eliptical or treadmill. Weekends tend to be on mountainbbike or playing wallyball.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Mountainbiking- Riding around in beautiful scenery, bouncing off rocks and tree roots is alot more interesting than sitting on a stationary bike watching "Deal Or No Deal".

I am 14-16 miles round trip on fairly favorable roads. Work has showers etc. So it is not an if it is a will. I started last year but it was late in the summer and between the heat and my weight it was too much. Oh, very hilly here.
