I currently take a whey protein supplement, creatine supplement, and a product called Max GXL.
8oz of 2% milk with 1 scoop of chocolate flavored whey protein first thing every morning, 8oz of 2% milk with 1 scoop of chocolate flavored whey protein post-workout, 8oz of tropical punch powerade with 1 scoop of tropical punch flavored creatine, and 3 pills of Max GXL twice daily.
