How I Started:
i've been facinated with muscles since i was born, all my school books and any blank bits of paper i had have drawings of muscles on them even my 1st grade book, haha my teachers would flipout saying im wasting their time.
Why I Love It:
i just love the look muscles give to our bodies and the strength that comes with it, i love training, i can just be by myself not worry about anything and just train, for one hour of the day i am where i truly belong, even if im not that big lol, i dont care its my time for my body and i love it, all my emotions flow through every rep, when im done i feel refreshed and like myself again.
How I Stay Motivated:
i dont need to i love training, it's not somthing i have to, i need to do it, lol.
