You're right, hockey is awesome. In Switerland there is, like in US, a profi championship but not with so many teams like in NHL. There are a lot of player who come from Canada and US. Have you ever played ice hockey?

Yes, ice hockey in winter and inline hockey the rest of the year. Besides destroying yourself at gym do you practice any sport?

Thanks for add Joe. I'm very proud on my progress in the last months. I've trained very hard to have results and the work is continuing... :) About ice-hockey I play in a amateur team that play in a little championship with 9 other teams. It's not so exacting but I'm engaging seriously in as usual.

Training going very well, as usual! A month ago I changed a bit my routine (4-day split): gone down a bit with weights and upped the sets and come back keeping the rest time. I train with a low rest time beetween sets and exercises so the intensity of my session has raised drastically! Each time I left the gym I'm destroyed but satisfied!
Now, I found in an article on bb.com a routine that made me a lot curious. Form next Monday I want test it for a month and see what's the results!
