when i was younger around 13 probs i was pretty big but not muscle big, im the only one in my family who is into bodybuilding & sometimes im surprised i did find it and got bullied in school a bit but i can safely say that doesnt happen anymore :P oh and when i was younger i had an action man and wanted to be like that haha
also i had some free time in the days so i thought "why not workout" and im glad i did
Why I Love It:
i love it bewcause i love seeing the change i made from the first progress pic to now and i was the strongest in my p.e class which was pretty cool
How I Stay Motivated:
my family dont rele think ill stick to it (but i will) so cant rele say family but the friends on here do and comments i get help me stay motivated too
and would like to proove that anyone can do what they want if they stick to it i was in set 2 for p.e but ive been told im big for my age and can lift alot more than the people in set 1 :)
BB Accomplishments:
in my p.e class we were all in the gym and people decided to see who was the strongest and they picked 5 people who they thought were and i beat them all :D
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
whey, makes me feel a lot better and i only use one becase i cant affort 2 haha :P i dont actually have a job and im surprised i've managed to pay for them still haha

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I think i'm going to have to cut it to a short after this christmas holiday, i'll have to revise for GCSE's. I'll deffenetly try and get at least 20 mins or longer of exercise everyday, i'm guessing everyone alse in my year isnt going to cut there activities out of there life for the next 6...
Cool what kinda supp stuff you get, i'm just gonna stick to natural whey protien (: yeah feel like i'm starting to get bigger though... dunno machines are usually bit easier than free weights just see if you can lift the same weight with normal squats?

keep training and you will then, certainly feel like i'm bigger at the moment need some decent scales though says a different weight every time you step on them :P

Only started this training regime recently, since a quit rugby only a couple of weeks ago through too many injuries, but it is going very well and the results seem to be good and I feel great. What about yours
