How I Started:
when i was younger around 13 probs i was pretty big but not muscle big, im the only one in my family who is into bodybuilding & sometimes im surprised i did find it and got bullied in school a bit but i can safely say that doesnt happen anymore :P oh and when i was younger i had an action man and wanted to be like that haha
also i had some free time in the days so i thought "why not workout" and im glad i did
Why I Love It:
i love it bewcause i love seeing the change i made from the first progress pic to now and i was the strongest in my p.e class which was pretty cool
How I Stay Motivated:
my family dont rele think ill stick to it (but i will) so cant rele say family but the friends on here do and comments i get help me stay motivated too
and would like to proove that anyone can do what they want if they stick to it i was in set 2 for p.e but ive been told im big for my age and can lift alot more than the people in set 1 :)
BB Accomplishments:
in my p.e class we were all in the gym and people decided to see who was the strongest and they picked 5 people who they thought were and i beat them all :D
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
whey, makes me feel a lot better and i only use one becase i cant affort 2 haha :P i dont actually have a job and im surprised i've managed to pay for them still haha

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I think i'm going to have to cut it to a short after this christmas holiday, i'll have to revise for GCSE's. I'll deffenetly try and get at least 20 mins or longer of exercise everyday, i'm guessing everyone alse in my year isnt going to cut there activities out of there life for the next 6...
haha yeah you gotta set a goal though!...why are you not gianing much weight?...and pills and some powders are bad fo your kidneys but im young and it will do more good than harm because they wont get effected much at all, and they arent as rough as steroids lol

Cool whatever works for you man havn't worked my abbs in round 2 1/2 months :L hate abb workouts so much :| probably should start doing them again soon abbs starting to go down a bit also gaining bit of fat which isn't helpinig

Oh yeahh... Changed what i was doing did 4 sets pullups 4 sets lat pulldowns 3 sets one arm rows then biis such a fricken pump in my biceps after back strongly suggest trying it man was doing it biceps then back originally for some reason :S

Yo got the creatine like saturday so on the loading phase thingy till like thursday but takes couple weeks to make difference i think... something like that anyway.

but i gained 45 pounds in 11 months and only grew like 1/2 an inch and body fat only went up like 3% which is really good!
Ahah i didn't say don't do research just don't waste time doing it if you know what i mean. And i'm not going to use steroids so don't need to research them :P

Ahah dude you spend as much time looking at supps as you do in the gym it's probably more beneficial to research training techniques and stuff than looking at some expensive supp, don't think any supplement is better than having a good diet except steroids.
