How I Started:
when i was younger around 13 probs i was pretty big but not muscle big, im the only one in my family who is into bodybuilding & sometimes im surprised i did find it and got bullied in school a bit but i can safely say that doesnt happen anymore :P oh and when i was younger i had an action man and wanted to be like that haha also i had some free time in the days so i thought "why not workout" and im glad i did
Why I Love It:
i love it bewcause i love seeing the change i made from the first progress pic to now and i was the strongest in my p.e class which was pretty cool
How I Stay Motivated:
my family dont rele think ill stick to it (but i will) so cant rele say family but the friends on here do and comments i get help me stay motivated too and would like to proove that anyone can do what they want if they stick to it i was in set 2 for p.e but ive been told im big for my age and can lift alot more than the people in set 1 :)
BB Accomplishments:
in my p.e class we were all in the gym and people decided to see who was the strongest and they picked 5 people who they thought were and i beat them all :D

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
whey, makes me feel a lot better and i only use one becase i cant affort 2 haha :P i dont actually have a job and im surprised i've managed to pay for them still haha

I think i'm going to have to cut it to a short after this christmas holiday, i'll have to revise for GCSE's. I'll deffenetly try and get at least 20 mins or longer of exercise everyday, i'm guessing everyone alse in my year isnt going to cut there activities out of there life for the next 6...

ok, glad i can help. iv managed to get up too 88.5 - 89kg now, depending on the time of the day lol, but its still gains, my goal was 90kg by christmas so im definatly goin to reach it, especially with the week off over xmas stuffin my face and swigging buds every night!!! ur seein good gains aint u? iv looked through ur progression pics, ur doin really well, keep it up and by the time your my age u'll be a monster! lol

Went like blind in quarter of my right eye :P parrently it can be to do with eating loads of nuts been having tonnnssss lately so stopped eating them and it's starting to come back :S Yeah it said that most people get the best results by cycling on and off it Ahah sounds good... i dunno it's quite a bit of money i just have cup of coffee before i go to the gym (:

problem with weight gainers is that they give u a massive scooper, and servings are huge so the supp doesnt last too long.. if u got money to spend then its up to you, if not try this,

buy ur whey or w/e and go on myprotein and buy waxy maize starch, which is a carb drink. Drink around 1 scoop ov protein pre-workout (within 30mins before) and drink 2 scoops of waxy starch directly after ur workout, wait 20 - 30 mins then drink 2 scoops ov protein again. The starch is a fast digesting carb, which will replenish glycogen levels, and it will act as a delivery system for the protein, so u absorb it better.. after a few weeks hopefully ull see some good gains

ya, go on tropicanafitness.com and type in 90+ in the seach bar, its a mix between whey and casein protein which is fast and slow digesting, which is good for slow release. And if ur looking for cheap supps, myprotein.com/co.uk makes its own brand, good for amino acids or creatin... because amino acids is amino acids who cares about the brand, but i think its value for money cos u get larger doses in less tablets, so u dont have to pop 5 - 6 per sitting just 2 - 3.

Ahah :P i had to wait whole hour at the hospital to get seen to get my eye checked out D: yeah the omni one looks good though i think might buy just creatine already have protien at the moment also its cheap as! yeah same here i mean the No-explode is just to give you more energy and stuff :S which i could of used some of today felt so burnt out after doing couple sets of bent over rows, still got bit of the flu :|

Ahah same here :P Well theres not much point using No-explode after workouts :L Don't really know much about truemass just looking at it quick dosn't have a very fast digestion rate but gives it over like 8 hours so i don't know if that or a faster digesting one would be better for after workouts but if thats what you wanna do go for it. I'd love to get my hands on some N.o but my mum/dad seem to think all supplements are dangerous or something :P so just good old whey protien for me.

aha nope :) Yeah had a mri scan on my knee because somethings gone wrong with it and hurts and makes a funny cracking noise when i bend it :P havn't been able to work my legs for ages :/ there a bit behind the rest of me... Ahah well thats ohkay then. Yeah i was gonna ask you if i you could speak welsh but thought i'd look like a bit of a douchebag as you're welsh :P sounds hard? aha is lean muscle growth like No-Explode then and to get you a pump and give energy and all that..
