~178 LBS. This is back when I was 19 and ran about 3 miles a day....not sure why I wanted to be small and puny looking.

~226 LBS....Yeah I'm fat lol, but I think I've done a successful bulk. I'll maintain this weight until about late January then it's finally time for a cut (unfortunately). I wanted to add as much mass as I could over the past year or so. Before that, I could never make up my mind...one day I wanted to cut up, the next day I wanted to be huge.....talk about a plateau.
