Everyone needs a good bulk once in a while...good luck! Me, I need a cut, I've bulked enough. Yeah weather around here is just a little colder than Florida haha. I don't remember this much snow for quite a while.

I started it today! Weird day to start, but just got back from Miami yesterday and didn't want to wait until next Monday. How about you? Any new programs or goals?

Yeah I went to the gym up to Christmas Eve and it wasn't very packed...I've been feeling achy lately, probably because I haven't taken a week off since this summer, so I'll need it, because it's full force come next week!

It was good, spent some time away from the gym and taking off until next week for a much needed rest before I literally put my body through torture haha. How about you?

I guess I have a little more room for error with summer not starting until June around here.

As I expected, my diet started a downward spiral starting around mid November and I expect it to last until around the first week of January...I tell myself this won't happen, but it does year in and year out!

It was the typical Holiday festivities....ate a lot, drank a lot, had some fun. I'm in desparate need of repairing my diet! How was yours?

Well it's that time of year....it's hard to make progress, but friends, family and some fun is more important to me personally this time of year. I'm going to Miami in January for the Steelers/Dolphins game so I won't have any type of beach body ready haha.

Not bad, just getting ready for Holiday Eating for the next 6 weeks, in other words, putting on a few extra winter pounds haha. I'm right around 232 right now....probably get up close to 240 I'm thinking. Lifting is going good, diet can use some help, cardio is off in the distance somewhere (January). How about you?
