This is back when I was 19 and ran about 3 miles a day.....that was in college, when I had time to go to the gym twice a day; a little to skinny for me though.

PUMP, EAT, WORK, EAT, EAT, EAT, EAT, EAT, SLEEP, REPEAT.
Goal (Long):
Continue to gain muscle and minimize fat little by little. I would like to see a 5 to 10 pound gain between May and September. I want to be around 10-12 % bodyfat, and weigh about 215-220. I'm roughly 14-15% bodyfat and weigh around 210 currently. This needs to change, and I won't stop even if it takes me until September of next year. Results don't come overnight.
