Goal (Long):
Continue to gain muscle and minimize fat .
Bodyfat Goal: 10-12% (Current 14-15%)
Weight Goal: Attained at 225 lbs; maintain this weight until end of year then cut down to 205-210 lbs.
I would like to talk a little bit about supplements and food. It seems as if everyone get's caught up on supplements so much that it drives them crazy. It doesn't have to be that hard. I constantly see quotes like "I'm starting a cycle of (blank) this week so I hope I can see...
Do you ever look around this town and wonder what people are thinking when they decide to wear a tank top? I know we don't get many tank top days here, but really you should have some type of arm. Hope your 4th is good!
