I would like to talk a little bit about supplements and food. It seems as if everyone get's caught up on supplements so much that it drives them crazy. It doesn't have to be that hard. I constantly see quotes like "I'm starting a cycle of (blank) this week so I hope I can see...

good to hear your getting back into swing... Been going really good hear just hit 262lbs last week and getting closer to my goal of 270lbs this offseason... I am really excited for next year shows!

Thanks! Glad you're back in the saddle, so to speak! Hand injuries are awful...VERY hard to work around. Bet it feels really good to be back at it! Nice rear view BTW...love those shoulders!
i doubt it...its in the 30s and 40s during the day...i just got back to the states and I didnt miss this. but I didnt like the weather in Iraq either...lol...NEVER SATISFIED... LOL
