I want to be a good example for my kids to follow.
Goal (Long):
Right now I weigh around 169 and I used to weigh around 125. I was diagnosed with PCOS back in 2005 and with a strict diet and exercise, I was able to get down to 145 and was continuing to lose weight. Then we were told our deployment date was being pushed up so we'd be leaving sooner than expected. I guess the stress of making sure the kids, house, etc. were being taken care of and the weight just came back on. I am now exercising about 5-6 times a week and eating a balanced diet. After looking through various magazines, I found 2 that I really like and are my "motivation". I subscribed to "Clean Eating" and "Oxygen". I just want to get rid of all this extra, unhealthy weight so I can be all the mom (and Soldier) that I can be and to set a good example for my children to follow.

oh wow...so ur pretty much on the way to coming home then...lol...the next couple months will fly by cuz u'll be packing up and getting ready to move everything back stateside...keep me posted tho!!!...where are u at over there?...two of my besties are there now..one in tal afar and one close to kandahar...

oh wow thats awesome and sucks at the same time...deployment part sucks. lol how much longer do you have, and yea that sounds awesome. maybe we can chat until then.
