Background

When I Started: Aug 2006
HOW I STARTED:

I first started lifting weights when i discovered martial arts and supplemental training for strength and speed. This I learned entirely from reading EVERY Bruce Lee book published. This research changed my life.

WHY I LOVE IT:

What's up everyone in the supp log section, it's certainly been awhile since this portion of the forum has been visited by myself and I've decided that I need some good bb.com motivation for the rest of my summer :D

Training for a couple of years now, mostly Parkour and recently switched over to bodybuilding.


Haven't been training in the gym whatsoever for a few weeks. Recently acquired a new job that starts about 4-5 am and involves quite a bit of repetitive heavy lifting (merchandising warehouse)

Well, im trying anyway :) Ive always been a super-fast metabolism guy. With an incurable hunger for candy, sodas, and energy drinks. Oh and some nice sodium filled fast food, of course. While this WOULD help in a dirty (I'm using the term lightly here) way, I want to gain MUSCLE with very very minimal fat. I steadily increase in the gym, occasionally burning out of motivation. Especially with the stress of school and a constant studying of the NSCA-CPT. Wish me no luck. Only courage, strength, determination, and perseverence.
