What another_day1 Is Up To:

another_day1 changed Body Fat from 24.7% to 22.6%, a loss of 2.1 percentage points in 3 days
I've been through alot on this path of fitness thus far. I was doing really well with eating and exercise in early summer. I got a trainer and was preparing for a figure comp. this Nov. I was dropping inches and BF% and feeling great!
But, then I had some military stuff I had to do that took...
Hey hi. I'm doing well, thanks. On a fat loss 3 week cycle. I certainly hope to make some ammends. New job is full of surprises but I am proud to admit, not missing a workout yet. Diet has been pretty clean too. I read that you'll be competing later this year. Wow, how awesome. Btw back looks pretty good to me. Take care and stay in touch.
Things are okay, nothing to brag about. Currently unable to train per my doctor, hope to be back at it soon. Hope all is well with you. Enjoy your 4th.
Hey, everything's going well. Diet has been pretty good; I'm doing 3 days really low carbs followed by 1 higher carb day and cycling like that. Seems to be working really well for me. I still probably need to drop 5-8 pounds. How's everything going for you? Hope you have a good weekend!
Hey thanks. My training is going well, still trying to cut down for summer, it's been a long process lol. I've been really focusing on my diet so we'll see what happens. I know what you mean about people messing up your diet, seems to happen to me every weekend hah!
Hey to you too. I'm doing well training for my new job away from home. Although, missing my clean diets and workouts really bad. Whats new at your end?
More than welcome! It's about little victories....about patting yourself on the back when you make a workout, or eat right....and not getting too down on yourself when you miss one...remember it's a Marathon, not a sprint....I bet you kick ass!
Good luck reaching your goals! A 7:30 mile is trucking, but you can do it! You're starting at a great place, and looking forward to watching your success!
