when i first went to gym my goal was to loose wait for about 25 kgs.but after a short period of time i like the way of bodybuilding and i just started bodybuilding,today i love bodybuilding more than anything.
Why I Love It:
I think the best life one can have is the life of a bodybuilder, as bodybuilders live their life with their own control and a life of bodybuilder means a life full of control,power,passion,strategies,fun etc.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am used to watch movies like-Rocky,gladiator,braveheart.etc.
BB Accomplishments:
4th place in Mr. NCR bodybuilding competition.

I want to become a professional bodybuilder. soon, i will compete in mr. competition after winning this competition next year i'll try for mr. India competition in 2009. after all these indian competitions i'll move towards international bodybuilding competitions. Bodybuilding is my life now and i will do it.
whenever you go to gym for a workout, always remember that you are a bodybuilder and not a weightlifter. i am one of the foolish people who have already made an mistake by lifting heavy weights. last week, working on legs(barbell scotting) i suddenly dropped with 230 kg. of weight on...
My workout is mix workout type workout, single and double body part.
I do cardio exercises for atleast 20 min. before workout.
Monday- Legs and ab's.
Tuesday-Chest and ab's.
Wednesday-Biceps and triceps and ab's.
Thursday-Shoulders.
Friday-Legs and ab's.
Saturday-Chest and ab's.

Playing a ton of soccer and flag football. So cardio is going well. Weight training is ok. I've had a couple minor injuries so haven't been going as heavy. How bout you?
