3. RELAX IN THE SUANA FOR ABOUT 10 MIN.
4. THEN THE SKI MACHINE FOR ABOUT 10 MIN.
5. LAST BUT NOT LEAST I HIT UP THE WEIGHT AREA
I DO THIS WORK OUT ABOUT 2-3 TIMES A WEEK (NORMA. TAKES ABOUT 1 1/2 HOURS)
WHEN NOT AT GYM, I HAVE A WEIGHT BENCH AT HOME THAT I USALLY UTILIZE UP FOR ABOUT 30 MIN. |
