Goal (Long):
I'VE ALWAYS BEEN PRETTY GOOD AT MAINTING A GOOD HEALTHY WEIGHT BUT I'VE NEVER FELT THAT I WAS IN... SAY "BIKINI SHAPE". I HAVE A FIVE YEAR OLD THAT U COULD SAY WARPED BY BODY IN SOME WAYS. SO FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE, I'VE DECIDED TO TONE MY BODY FOR THOSES "BIKINIS" OR (FOR MYSELF) SHOULD I SAY SPORTS BRAS AND SHORTS. I'VE BEEN WORKING OUT ABOUT 4 MONTHS NOW AND I LOVE IT!! I STILL HAVE LOTS OF TRAINING FOR THAT BODY BUT I'M HAVING FUN WHILE DOING IT!!!

2. I THEN DO 130 CRUNCHES

3. RELAX IN THE SUANA FOR ABOUT 10 MIN.
