When I Started:
1996
How I Started:
Trying to overcome anorhexia and bulimia I replaced some of the eating obsessions with workout obsessions. Now I'm trying to normalize (it's ok to take a day off).
Why I Love It:
I feel so strong and powerful when I used to faint after walking up the stairs. Thin doesn't look healthy; tight skin, curves and undulations of muscles look sexy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm obsessive so motivation isn't a problem. However, fighting my clinical depression that can be worsened by weight and training set-backs is a constant struggle.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing yet. Hope to do 10 pull ups very soon.

I want to LOSE 10 lb

my problem is that I love going to the gym and I also ride my bike 3-4 times a week and I don't think I can handle doing p90x and riding 50kms in the same day.
what workouts from the p90x do you do?
cool, I would love to give it a try when my gym membership runs out in april, but I'm really worried about losing the muscle mass I've been able to build up...
