I am 100% 24/7 following the LiveFit nutritional diet and supplement program. I also take BSN AminoX, digestive aid and calcium.
My Supplement Philosophy View My Full Supplement Philosophy
I'm following Jamie Eason's diet and supplement program for LiveFit, as well as BSN AminoX, a couple extra vitamins, and a digestive aid.
I take the Jamie Eason Live Fit stack, calcium+vit D (1200mg), acidophilis, and BSN AminoX pre workout.

Jun 11, 2013 | Likeannieenglish Crazy training brick today. 1hr swim/5.5hr bike/1hr run. Chest/bis/core if there's time. Yup, that should about do it for me today!
Jun 7, 2013 | Likeannieenglish Awesome leg day. Was really excited for dead lifts!! The reps felt seamless. Love! Did core, still on tap tonight, a 2.5hr ride. Happy!
