Started Jamie Eason LiveFit on 4/2/12. To light the fire under my ass I entered the Elite Ambition '12 Transformation Challenge on 4/7/12.

I am 100% 24/7 following the LiveFit nutritional diet and supplement program. I also take BSN AminoX, digestive aid and calcium.
My Supplement Program View My Full Supplement Program
I'm following Jamie Eason's diet and supplement program for LiveFit, as well as BSN AminoX, a couple extra vitamins, and a digestive aid.
I take the Jamie Eason Live Fit stack, calcium+vit D (1200mg), acidophilis, and BSN AminoX pre workout.
