Overall Goal: I've had a great Spring with 2 First place wins and a 3rd place position. Time to chillax for the summer. Will be back in action this fall. Prep blog in the Scivation forum: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=114460101
Fit Status:
Back injury kept me out of the gym over 3 months! Just starting to back at it. Very slowly!
I've always belonged to a gym but never thought I'd be able to take it to this level. Started working out more seriously in January 2008. Looking forward to progressing.
Why I Love It:
I have trouble sitting still, so working out gives me great satisfaction and helps me relax! I'm healthier and fitter than ever!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading other athletes' stories and seeing progress pictures is greatly motivating.
BB Accomplishments:
Nov.1.08: OPA Eastern Championship, Figure Level 1, Medium
Nov.1.08: SAF Model Search, Top 10
I had been traveling alot, not eating well and not working out for months. I knew then it was time to get back into shape. This pic taken in New Orleans! Lots of Abita beer and beignets were harmed in the making of this picture! haha
I received First place in masters Level 2, Athletic fitness model. This is photo of Fitness wear round.

Goal (Long):
Last November, I competed in my first Figure competition. I never thought I'd even consider such a thing, but it was so much fun. Now I am motivated to try again. I started in 2007. My hope is to stay motivated and stay in top shape. Having competitions lined up helps me stay on track.
Her photos are totally impressive. She worked hard for them and looks great. She inspires me to continue to give it my all no matter what and at any age!
This young lady's motivation and dedication is unparalleled. I love her drive. Following the excitement of Jess's first competition has been great. Woot !
Happy New Year everyone. I know I'm a bit early with the wishes, but I'll be busy tomorrow! ;) I'm starting off 2010 on the West Coast. Sure hope that will get the year started right. I've just started dieting a little again after Xmas festivities. I'm managing more and more in the gym...
I include a short (30 min) run 3 or 4 days a week.
Monday: 45 mins cardio
Tuesday: Back, Chest, Abs
Wednesday: Cardio/bicep/tricep
Thursday: Legs
Friday: rest
Saturday: Shoulders/cardio
Sunday: Glutes

Hi annemarie how are you? Well I am into the Bodybuilding game again bulking up to 225-230lbs this winter. What are your goals for the winter? Stay in touch. We all can't be like Jaime in the sunny south.
I am honored by the words you wrote in your reply to me. They mean a great deal and I will continue to work as hard as I can so that I never let you down. Stay strong.
I want to say "what a great role model and example you are!" You have shown and still continue to show tremendous determination and strength of spirit. I congratulate you on all your efforts. What you have accomplished is a fantastic inspiration to so many others. Stay strong, focused and determined and may God bless.
You are proof that "Tough times never last, but tough people do."
I'm doing good. Losing a bit of weight unfortch. I think it's mental w/my upcoming surgery. I know I won't be lifting for 3 weeks so I'm not eating as much. I really can't afford to lose a pound! You know how that is! I need to get back to your forum posts.
Hey Anne,
I am doing great actually, thanks for making sure I am alive. Lol.
Just been very busy with my clients and developing a few new parts of my company. Also had H1N1 not too long ago, so spending a lot of the time in the gym rebuilding. :)
Thanks for lookin' out for me.
Hope all is well with you, hope your back is 100% as well!!!
Training is going well, diet is questionable, motivation is average. Getting ready for the holidays!! How are things with you? Have a great Turkey day!! Cheers, Bryan
Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I'm doing well, a little re-focusing and setting new goals. Good luck with your new goals..I'll be cheering you along.
Have a Happy Halloween weekend!! Candy... Candy... Candy!!! Just kidding... a carmel apple will do...LOL!! Last Rugby match this weekend...bitter sweet!! I get my Saturdays back also... now what to do??
Cheers, Bryan
Hope your weekend was great!! Mine was wonderful!! We lost, however a defining play during Rugby match was our pack (8 big guys) driving the other team across their goal line to score a try. About 2000 - 2400 lbs of beef smashing into another team of equal magnitude...rugby ball in the middle of the mess...what a train wreck...LOL!! Have a great week!!! Cheers, Bryan
Hey, hope your back is feeling better soon. Injuries suck! I think my ham tear is finally better or 90% after 8 months. Hope everything else is well with you, just thought I'd stop by.
Oh ya...we got muddy...pics coming soon!!! Lets say I had a great game this weekend, a free mud bath spa treatment...total body of course ;) All served up at 40 degrees in a down pour...LOL!! I have never been so muddy in my life... still cleaning mud out of my ears...LOL!!! Lost by one try (score). How was your weekend?? Cheers, Bryan
