How I Started:
I've always belonged to a gym but never thought I'd be able to take it to this level. Started working out more seriously in January 2008. Looking forward to progressing.
Why I Love It:
I have trouble sitting still, so working out gives me great satisfaction and helps me relax! I'm healthier and fitter than ever!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading other athletes' stories and seeing progress pictures is greatly motivating.

At my heaviest - 131 lbs Fitness Star
I had been traveling alot, not eating well and not working out for months. I knew then it was time to get back into shape. This pic taken in New Orleans! Lots of Abita beer and beignets were harmed in the making of this picture! haha  I received First place in masters Level 2, Athletic fitness model. This is photo of Fitness wear round.

Last November, I competed in my first Figure competition. I never thought I'd even consider such a thing, but it was so much fun. Now I am motivated to try again. I started in 2007. My hope is to stay motivated and stay in top shape. Having competitions lined up helps me stay on track.
