Spring 2013 Fat Burning plan I designed this plan myself to help my glutes, back, and shoulders catch up to the rest of me.
Day1: Chest, Abdominals & Back (30 minutes of cardio intervals)
Day2: Quadriceps & Glutes (30 minutes of cardio intervals)
Day 3: Shoulders, Abdominals & Calves (30 minutes of cardio intervals)
Day 4: Biceps & Triceps (30 minutes of cardio intervals)
Day 5: Hamstrings, Abdominals & Glutes (30 minutes of cardio intervals)
Day 6: 40 minutes of interval cardio
Day 7: Yoga

I am a goal oriented person, and I'm driven by the need to achieve!
I have come to love working out and eating healthy. Mostly from the strong body I have earned by sticking to both of those principles. I am also a ISSA certified fitness trainer, and my best selling point is my own body. I want to continue to compete, and hopefully place in my competitions in a consistent fashion. I want to break into fitness modeling, and the only way to do that is to make sure my body is a walking advertisement of strong and sexy fitness!
