I let myself go until last year when I dropped some fat, and gained it back. I am aiming at getting my perfect body.
Why I Love It:
I love the discipline involved.

I want to lose fat around my abs so that you can see them. Also to gain definition in my biceps, and lose the fat around my thighs. Those are my current goals. Long term, I want to drop down to under 13%

Its hard but can do it ok the first thing is to find what in the your cabnet and what you eating then we can work from they then we can go the 2 step
