got to a point where i didnt like the place i had gotten to, felt awful in my clothes and wanted to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
its my alone time. its a great stress reliever and helps me keep up with 3 very active kids.
How I Stay Motivated:
the way my clothes fit and the power that i have gained. its awesome to be able to do 60 pushups at once.

i can see some improvements, but i am going to have to kick it into HIGH gear to meet the 40 goal

I really want to be in fitness model shape by my 40th bday which is in March 2010. The hardest part for me is going to be diet. I do really well as far as working out(everything from pilates to hiking). I just love food!!! I want to be an inspiration and know I can do it....

So my buddy Musclebound was trying to find me a success story to motivate me.  He of course, kept telling me that I didnt need that.  It finally clicked.....looking at a great pic of someone who has put in the time and sweat is not going to make me a success story...I have to put in my own...
