what started out as a hobby and something to do has totally become a lifestyle that I have fully embraced. I believe that when you have something that challenges you like weightlifting/bodybuilding, you build up such a sense of personal pride and character..no one can take that away...you put the hours in..you adhere to the diets and supplement regimens..you control every aspect of shaping yourself....so my goal is to look in the mirror every day, and realized what i have accomplished through sweat, pain and dedication..on days I don't like what I see...well, I guess my work isn't done then.
Gotta let you know you've helped me out a lot! Finding times to work on the weekdays is really hard for me. You pointed out once all your workouts are done at home with dumbbells. I revamped my workouts so arms are done weekdays w/dumbbells and torso/legs done on weekends at the gym. Thanks for the lead!
