How I Started:
I wanted to lose some weight and my dad had just bought a used weight bench with about 200 pounds and i started lifting them.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Chicks man, I do it for the girls.

not many. there was a period where I stopped lifting for a while and now I'm kinda starting over.
