I wanted to lose some weight and my dad had just bought a used weight bench with about 200 pounds and i started lifting them.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Chicks man, I do it for the girls.

not many. there was a period where I stopped lifting for a while and now I'm kinda starting over.

Day 1

3x5 Barbell Bench press
3x5 Squats
1x5 Deadlift
2x8 Inclined dumbell press


Day 2

3x5 Overhead Military press
3x5 Cleans
1x5 Deadlift

I work out every other day switching from day 1 to day 2 each work, and do 20 minutes of cardio between workout days.
