just did it after i came to work at Guardian auto , they provide with a very good well rounded gym.

i had a slight problem with motivation for about a year after losing a great work out partner . I`ve since found a new one that proves to be just as nutty as myself.So here I go again.

You can't go wrong with a little AC/DC ringing in the ears and a nutty workout partner that doesn't let you slack off! :) Sounds like you've got the keys to some good, solid gains again. From the looks of the avatar,though .. you're doing quite all right as it is. Good arms ... great forearms!
