When I Started:
2006
How I Started:
i was always an active kid playing baseball as i grew up. but being active wasnt enough. my eating habits didnt balance out with my activity level. being a heavyset kid it just kept getting worse. i got so disgusted with myself and in 9th grade i decide i needed to change.
Why I Love It:
its fun for me. i love going into the gym and busting my ass. its the best feeling in the world. a workout has total control on how my day will go. i can go in mad or upset and come out completley refreshed. or i can go in, in a good mood and come out in an even better mood.
How I Stay Motivated:
i never want to go back top looking how i used too. i love seeing results and watching my body change

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
i think behind the head shoulder press, cause there is so much room for errors, and you can easily tweak your shoulder
