Have had this system for three years. A good basic system as long as you learn the process of the varied techniques involved with this system.
If you look to improve your overall fitness and increase you overall performance its good. It s also good for increasing particular muscle performance. Dont however expect to create a 400 lb bench or a 200 pound curl with this equipment.
Hey, thanks for droping me a line. Honestly, I'm not entireley sure what rippetoes are (although I hear them being discussed all the time). I do Some compound exercises. As far as my legs, I do plenty of squats and leg presses, but hammies should not be neglected. I always hit them hard too, nd it really helps make the number on the tape measurer go up. You're looking good dude. You're really cut. I gotta admit I'm jealous of your definition. Good luck this year! Stay in touch.
