Improve For A Sport
I want to get cut and lean for future purposes along with sports. I don't really want a bodybuilder look but more like a fighter or a brawler.

AJacks92 Well that's weird. To manually get to it...go to the search bar in this site. On the arrow down menu, select "Whole Site" and then type in the search "Mario Lopez". Select the second article and scroll down to find out how to do the "Double Crunch". Aug 12, 2011 3:04pm

AJacks92 1 set of 25 reps of Double Crunches 1 set of 25 reps of Leg Raises 2 sets of 10 reps of Air Bike All done with little to no rest in between sets. This is one round. You can choose to do more rounds. I, however, stop after the first round. And btw, don't drink anything in-between sets. Good luck! Double crunches can be found here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/mario-lopez-abs-workout.html The other two can be found in this site Aug 12, 2011 2:53pm

AJacks92 Finally got a way to take pictures, but too bad cause it's like the last few weeks of school. Lol. And hey, since our schedules were a bit thrown off...you wanna restart this competition for next year or even keep it going for next year? So we could see the real difference in a year? :D May 25, 2011 9:53pm

AJacks92 Oh, then just leave em blank. Then when you do start lifting weights (which I highly recommend you start doing), then input them there. If let's say you do 8 reps of 25 DB curls, it'll automatically calculate how much you could lift as your one rep max. Pretty nifty tool. Apr 16, 2011 2:08pm

AJacks92 You should try and keep this up-to-date as much as possible. Even include your max's on lifting like your Bench Press, DB Curls, and things of that nature. Also keep track of your weight and bodyfat percentage if you can. Apr 15, 2011 6:49pm
