I've been impressed by a muscled body since I was a Kid. I decided that I wanted to have a muscular body and here I am, still trying.
Why I Love It:
The feeling when lifting and pushing weights. Also, the hardness I feel in my muscles after a good hard workout.

i do deadlifts or really low rack pulls in offseason every other week but focus alot on heavy tbar and bb rows.

Great progress on the back! After looking at your first progress pic, I can see you've add much more width, gotten the sweep to go much further down and of course you're back is way thicker. Keep up the great work and lets see you get even thicker. -T

hey thanks for the comment, my goal is to just gain lean mass, i really dont have a goal in perticular. right now im getting bigger as far as measurments but im losing weight so i must be losing fat and building muscle. thanks again.
