I've been impressed by a muscled body since I was a Kid. I decided that I wanted to have a muscular body and here I am, still trying.
Why I Love It:
The feeling when lifting and pushing weights. Also, the hardness I feel in my muscles after a good hard workout.

Very well lately. Doing a combo of German Volume Training and DC-style stuff. My body doesn't know what's coming next, so it's responding really well. I do very well with variety. How about you?

you'll definitely be there bro. My muscle maturity is accredited to 4 years of frequent training, hard off-seasons, dedicated on-seasons and the incorporation of different training techniques. Keep your body guessing with lifting AND dieting, and you'll see vast improvement in no time. Good luck!

had my better days. lol in a big bench rut, and having some problems, that have been cuttin back on some gym time, and definatley affecting eting and sleeping. but im still hitting it strong, and lookin pretty solid, i cut down a bit, down to 203, had a six pack for a few week then, other things got in my way. ill prob just stay at this weight for a bit, then bulk to atleast 225 come winter, hopin to hit 230 this yr. how is your training progress coming along ill update soon
