I have a chronic degenerative back condition. My neurosurgeon knows me from working together at my old job and he very kindly told me "you know if you got back into the shape you were before and watched your weight a little it'll help you tremendously." He very kindly and gently informed me "you've gotten kinda fat" HAHA.... So here I go.
Why I Love It:
I'm not LOVING it quite yet. I do love how much better I feel about myself when I'm working out. I am grateful for the pain relief I feel when I'm really sticking to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now.. I'm still working on it. I'm hoping the support I find here and on the beachbody forums will help me to attain this.
To be stonger, leaner, more defined and to lose enough weight to make my back pain decrease.
Goal (Long):
I have chronic back pain and need to strengthen my core and back in order to help decrease my overall pain level. I want to be able to look in the mirror and be happy with what I see. I want to be a role model to my son on how to be healthy.
