When I Started:
How I Started:
My dad always had me playing sports as a kid... I was (and still am) a total tomboy. I'll take a cubs or bears game and a cold corona over shopping and pedicures any day!
Why I Love It:
I love learning about the human body, i think its fascinating how we can adapt and change with the right training
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now i am staying motivated because i want to project a good image to my clients. It would be wrong to be out of shape and lecturing people on clean eating and proper exercise

"Runners like to train 100 miles per week because it's a round number. But I think 88 is a lot rounder."

"I want to be running ahead of men in a race cause I am faster than they are, not because they think I have a nice ass"
I have fallen prey to the college lifestyle- to much drinking and not enough time in the gym. I want to get back into running again, (If my IT band can handle it )I want to lower my BF to 12-15%. I want to get my legs stronger and build up my calves. I would also like to increase my flexibility and improve muscle definition
It's not a resolution per say, its more of a slow lifestyle change. The holidays are a known diet offender, my case is particularly bad since i was incapable of handle my family's ridiculousness without at least wine, let alone homemade eggnog and barleys- I know, I know bad me! Oh well I...
You're welcome! I want to get my bachelors in the same thing! No problem with having dreams and goals and it looks like you're doing what you need to do to make them a reality! Keep it up.
I guess we might be in the same boat. I work full time, and i'm also a full time student. I eat clean almost all the time, but the damn alcohol gets me on the weekends. Wonder how much it really effects us? Anyways, good luck with you goals!
good luck with your goals...i definetly is hard to stay focused with em in college thats for sure...and yeah it's always easier to motivate a client when they can see you walk the walk...
