To have an athletic build with lean muscle mass. I want to blast the fat off my thighs, hips, waist, bust...all other areas too.
Goal (Long):
It has been a hard road of ups and downs for me to stay fit and get the support I need to lose the weight I gained 18 yrs prior.
When I was 14 I was 140 lbs and was always considered medium build.Grandma thought I was fat and was always considered "chunky".
This June I moved into my own place and am in heaven. I have my peace of mind and it has two jaccuzzis, two pools and a weight room.
I have noticed the spare tire that I thought I would NEVER have and flab that is downright disgusting.
I would like to make this year the year where its a reality and I gain my self esteem back with confidence to feel good about myself.
1. Gain a regular workout routine that I dont get bored with and quit 3-6 mos later.
2. To become involved in a sport that keeps me active so that I have something else to do that is fun that I enjoy.
3. To fix prepare and plan meals that are healthy, boost my metabolism and help me to stay full/lean.
4. To do all this so that as I get older I am fit and avoid diabetes, and other diseases such as heart disease and cancer.
5. To stay on top of my health as I am already starting to have health issues. I have a thyroid disorder, polycystic ovaries and they just recently found that I have cysts in my kidneys. My friend mentioned colon cleanse but am not sure its a good idea!?!
Ive noticed that I was slacking and out of control and am now ready to rededicate my body to the hard work I used to subject it to so that I could be toned. I have ADHD and half my battle has been getting the right dosage of my medicine and to get on a schedule.
Even though Melissa has faced alot of uphill battles with obesity she ishnt letting it slow her down. I am proud of my sister for her dogged determination to get fit and stay with it. She has inspired me to lose the weight with her. Thank you sis! I LOVE you! :)

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I work alot (6 days a week) and havent really found the gym a benefit due to monetary reasons. The pros is that I can just do it easily and quickly the cons is that I rarely do it. Have thought about getting rid of living room furniture and just making it into a gym...

Hi Angi!! Thanks so much for stopping by and for taking the time to write SUCH a lovely compliment! How very sweet of you. I'm honored to be an inspiration to you, thank you. I've always said that knowing WHAT to do (in this "fit" business) is a lot harder than actually DOING it. My advice would be to hire a trainer/nutritionist and start off right. If not in person, then online. It helped me tremendously in the beginning :)
