How I Started:
Holiday pictures, motivation enough!
My weight in December 2006 was 132+. As of July 1,2007 my weight is 120 and holding. Thanks to body building, I am now changing the way I look at my body. I may be 34, but lets see what this body can really do.
Why I Love It:
The amazing energy it gives me, not to mention the increase in sexual drive. I love the fact that it makes me feel like a woman, sexy, impowered, totally in control.
How I Stay Motivated:
Talking to my husband in Iraq, he is an awesome motivator/mentor. Working out reminds me that I am an individual, not just part of the sum. I am woman, hear me roar!
I want to improve my physical fitness so I can run a 5K by December.
Goal (Long):
I want to find MY body again. I've had my children and want to get back to finding myself. I haven't exercised on a regular basis since playing basketball in Jr. High. I know I can have noticable muscle tone and be physically fit before my husband returns from Iraq(count down: 5 months). Now is the time to do it! My goal: Run a 5K, see my abdominal muscle, and have some definition to the rest of my body. All things are possible with a little faith and some hard work.

Thanks Angie -- Yes a personal trainer is good but can be costly - i have never used one at all - did most on my own and took boot camp classes that were taught by a competing body builder- who was in the Night of Champions and placed last Sept - so I guess I have learned the basics from him - have a great w/e: )
