i feel like i look "ok" but i know i could look much better

well it seems like you have achieved alot since you started working out.
and i hope this site does me some good. i need the encouragement. i just quit smoking 7 weeks ago and i'm straight pumped to get back in shape!
the guys at that shop are worth the stop . my artist i chose has several awards and has been in tons of magazines,,,,you have any tats?
